SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPPING PARTNERS AND COST
For the sake of customer, we only choose and work with trusted shipping partners to ensure the products delivered in good condition. Beside, we do care about our partners’ customer service, social responsibilities which directly results in customer’s satisfaction.
In terms of shipping fee, we endeavour to build reasonable shipping fees and display fees transparently and commit to not apply any “overcharging” or “hidden” cost.
2. DELIVERY TERM
There are various terms of delivery with different prices and delivery time. In order to bring good experience and convenience, we apply Door-to-Door delivery terms with standard delivery time to all domestic and international B2C orders.
For International B2C orders, customers do not need to experience any import or customs declaration procedure because we handle all steps. Hence, we must apply estimated duties and tax shown at the “Check-out” to clarify all fees before conducting payment.
For Domestic orders, in compliance with government regulation, the VAT rate will be applied and displayed at the “Check-out”.
3. SHIPPING STAGES
Shipping Preparation and Delivery time: Bespoke-tailored garments typically take 1-2 weeks, while other items are processed within 1 day. Delivery usually takes 3-4 days, with a maximum of 7 days. During sale periods, please allow an extra 1-2 days for processing.

Customs Clearance (International Orders): For international shipments, the package may go through customs clearance in the arrival country before delivering at final destination.

4. IMPORT CHARGES EXPLANATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
What are Duties and Taxes?
Import duty is a tax imposed by a government on specific commodity types from other countries. A duty is charged differently depending on the item category or HS code.
The Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) is broadly based consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services. It applies to all goods and services that are bought and sold for use or consumption.
Handling fee
The handling fee only includes payment service charged by our shipping partner. As International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) regulation, import duties and taxes should be paid when declaring customs. Normally, buyers have to handle this; however, for shipping pre-paid in eCommerce, shipping partner is authorised to implement the payment of import duties and taxes, which is called “payment service”.
Who Pays Duties, Taxes and Handling fees?
Shipping pre-paid is referred to as DDP (delivered duty paid) which means the sender is responsible for paying the duties, taxes and handling fee. To make customers convenient, we include these import charges at checkout and directly collect payment from the customer for DDP shipping.
How Duties and Taxes are Calculated?
Not all countries calculate how to charge duty and taxes in the same way. In summary, factors that are taken into account when calculating duties and taxes are:
- Origin/Destination Country
- Item Category (HS Code)
- Value of the product and/or shipping cost
